Carroll Seating Company employs factory certified technicians to service all of our products. Regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency services are available. Repairs are facilitated using original factory replacement parts and are installed by our factory certified technicians. INSPECTIONS
In most states bleacher inspections are required to be performed on an annual basis, and Hussey Seating requires annual inspections in order to maintain bleacher warranty. We provide inspections by certified personnel for safety, code compliance, and operational issues. To schedule an inspection, send your request with contact information to service@carrollseating.com.
PARTS
We currently stock in our warehouse several hundred common replacement parts for bleachers manufactured from 1980 to date and have weekly shipments of parts from the factory. We also stock many replacement parts for fixed auditorium and stadium seating. We can normally ship from our warehouse within 48 hours of orders, and most factory order parts are shipped within 7-10 days.
